Experience the power of tradition with the Aztec Dance Ceremony, explore valuable community resources, and connect with local organizations dedicated to making a difference.

Program (Tentative)

• 12:00-1:00 – Set up altar (community members are welcome to help); partners set up their tables

• 1:00-1:30 – Opening with a blessing and words of wisdom from Latinx community leaders

• 1:30-3:30 – Danza

• 3:30-4:00 – Pause; smudging outside; giving thanks to those who have helped

• 4:00-6:00 – Danza

Join a concert with Internationally Recognized Indigenous Musician: Ramiro Ramírez!

Ramiro Ramírez hails from the Otomí indigenous community in Mexico and is internationally recognized for using pre-Hispanic instruments to create emotional and ancestral music. His arrangements have been featured in the popular video game Tomb Raider and the Marvel movie Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Sus arreglos han sido presentados en el popular videojuego Tomb Raider y en la película de Marvel Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
