Faculty of Food Technology and Nutrition at the University of Tetova is issuing the journal “International Journal of Food Technology and Nutrition" – a scientific publication which covers the subjects in the field of Food Technology and Nutrition.

“International Journal of Food Technology and Nutrition” will publish scientific papers according to the criteria listed in the Guidelines. Everyone who has met the requirements of the journal and who takes full responsibility for all that is written in the publication has the right to apply.
