Standards Based Grading

As part of the Race to the Top grant funding the district received from 2012 - 2016 we were asked to research standards based grading practices. The research resulted in the district determining that reporting grades in a standards based way would result in a more consistent and clear picture of student performance. The district has been working with teacher task forces since 2013 - 2014 on the creation of the standards based scale and report card.
