Co-hosted by the Department of European, American and Intercultural Studies at Sapienza University of Rome and the School of English Literature, Language and Linguistics at Newcastle University, the Sapienza-Newcastle Seminar Series is devised to serve as an online platform for PhD/PG students to present their work currently in progress and engage in constructive discussions with peers, faculty and attendees. Each session takes place online via Zoom and features two twenty-minute presentations followed by a Q&A and discussion, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas can flourish and insights can be shared. Audience members are strongly encouraged to participate actively by asking questions, providing feedback and offering suggestions to support the presenters in advancing their research.
