Sapienza PhD Conference 

The Sapienza PhD conference is back for its 4th edition! 

The Conference will take place on September 3rd & 4th, 2026, at Sapienza University with research presentations from Ph.D. students from all fields of Social sciences and Economics. 

Keynote discussions on "AI and Its Implications for Knowledge, Labor Markets, and Global Inequality" 

Speakers:

• Paola Tubaro, Research professor at CNRS and CREST (France), co-founder of the Digital Platform Labour (DiPLab) research group at Institut Polytechnique de Paris, and of the International Network on Digital Labour (INDL).

• Benedetta Giovanola, Full Professor of Ethics, University of Macerata, Jean Monnet Chair Holder "Ethics for Inclusive Digital Europe" (EDIT), and President of "GAIA - AI Ethics and Governance", innovative university startup spinoff
