Gaia Maselli is an associate professor at the Department of Computer Science at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Pisa, Italy.

Prof. Maselli is associate editor of Elsevier Computer Communications and serves as member of the TPC of several international conferences.

Prof. Maselli is a NATO Partner Director of the project "SeaSec: DroNets for Maritime Border and Port Security", (2021-2023).
