Felipe Micangeli Economics PhD Student Sapienza University of Rome
I am a PhD student in Economics at Sapienza University of Rome, working at the intersection of development economics, policy evaluation, and behavioral economics.
My research uses field experiments and applied microeconometrics to understand how interventions — from renewable energy access to rural development programs — shape lives in rural and peri-urban communities across Africa, Latin America and Europe.
I have conducted fieldwork in Kenya, Uganda, Honduras, and Italy, and my work in Experimental Development Economics has been recognized with the Premio Noemi Pace at University of Teramo.
