Felipe Micangeli Economics PhD Student Sapienza University of Rome
I am a PhD student in Economics at Sapienza University of Rome, working at the intersection of development economics, policy evaluation, experimental and behavioral economics.
In my research, I use field experiments and applied microeconometrics to understand how interventions — from renewable energy access to rural development programs — shape lives in rural and peri-urban communities across Africa, Latin America and Europe.
I have conducted fieldwork in Kenya, Uganda, Honduras, and Italy, and my work in Experimental Development Economics has been recognized with the Premio Noemi Pace at University of Teramo.
