Marco Polese graduated cum laude at the Faculty of Law of the University of Siena, discussing a thesis with title “The supervision on the activity of public prosecutor”. He attended the School of legal professions and he is a lawyer from 2014. He holds a PhD in Public, Comparative and International Law at the University of Roma “La Sapienza”. His research activity focuses on the topic of delegated legislation.
