Laura Ronchetti is researcher in Constitutional law at the University of Molise. She was researcher in Public law at the Institute for the Study of Regionalism, Federalism and Self-government at the CNR, and a member of the Italian National Contact Point of the European Migration Network attached to the European Commission (2014-2016). She participated in the research programme on “Procedures for local and regional authority participation in EU policy-making in the various Member States” for the Committee of the Regions of European Union (2004-2005). She has also carried out research on regionalism, political, sexual and reproductive rights and multiculturalism. She has been a visiting scholar at the following universities: Indiana University School of Law (Bloomington, USA), Columbia Law School (New York, USA) and Humboldt-Universität (Berlin, Germany).
