Francesco Saitto holds a Phd in Constitutional comparative law at the University of Siena. He is Post-doc researcher in Public Law and Junior Research Fellow at the School for Advanced Studies of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He has been visiting researcher at the Europa Kolleg of Hamburg and at the University UNOESC of S(anta Caterina-Brasil). He holds the National Academic Qualification as associate professor in Comparative law. His main research interests concern social rights and state intervention in the economy, political parties and civil rights. In 2010 he was intern at the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Department for Institutional Reform. He presently teaches the class of History and politics of european integration at the University of Perugia.
