Francesca Angelini is associated professor of Public Law, PhD in Public Law and Economics. Research interests and topics: Law and economics, Social rights, European integration process, especially in the light of the interaction between the Courts (EU Court of Justice and national constitutional courts), as broadly analysed in the book Ordine pubblico e integrazione costituzionale europea (Padova, 2007). In recent years she has also dealt with immigration law, family rights, regulation of labor market and bioethics. Currently, she teaches Public Law and Constitutional multilevel economic law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
