Activities
Elena Monticelli holds a Phd in Public, Comparative and International Law at the University of Roma “La Sapienza”. She has a legal and economic background and is specialized in studies about welfare systems and social protection at European level. She has a degree in Economics and a Master in “Economics, Law and Management”. She worked with NGOs (Arci and Lunaria) in social research and collaborates with scientific magazines on economic issues (Menabò Etica ed Economia, Sbilanciamoci.info). Presently, she carries out research on "Minimum income and Basic income" at the University of Florence.
