Antonello Ciervo is a lawyer, experienced in the protection of migrants' rights. He holds a PhD in Public Law at the University of Perugia (with a dissertation on the hermeneutical theory of the Italian Constitution). Presently, his main research interests and topics are the link between neo-liberalism theory and contemporary Constitutionalism, the asylum in EU and the Commons goods. He is currently teaching at the University of Link Campus and at the University of Molise.
