The Cassini Program aims to enable doctoral students, researchers, and professors at Italian universities to establish or develop scientific relationships with French universities and research centers through the organization of scientific events. Cassini Junior (reserved for doctoral students) and Cassini Senior (reserved for researchers and professors) provide funding of up to €1,000 for the organization of a study day, seminar, or conference.

The workshop will bring together experts working on tsunami early warning systems, GNSS-TEC ionospheric observations, and emerging approaches in modeling and artificial intelligence to discuss recent scientific advances and operational needs.
