Dr. Wan Zhalkiatul Aida Bt. Ishak

Wan Zhalkiatul Aida is a Senior Lecturer at Qaiwan International University – UTM Franchise, under the Faculty of Business Management and Social Sciences. Currently, I am the Head of Department of Management and Human Resource Development Department. Wan is a PhD holder from Universiti Utara Malaysia, specializing in the area of workplace deviant, areas of work life and workplace behavior. In 2016, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia. Prior to that, she is the holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, also Diploma of Accounting, both from UiTM Malaysia. Besides, her research interest is on workplace incivility, workplace bullying, emotional intelligence, ostracism and negative employee’s behavior. She is an active researcher for government linked institutions in Malaysia and currently, possessing 3 years of teaching experiences.
