I am an academician at Qaiwan International University. Currently, I am the Vice President for Academic and Scientific Affairs at Qaiwan International University (QIU). I was the Dean of Faculties at Qaiwan International University (QIU) from 2018 to 2022. Furthermore, I am a reviewer for the International Journal of Computer-Aided Engineering and Technology (IJCAET). A researcher at the MaGIC-X (Excellent Media and Games Innovation Centre), Faculty of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. I was the Head of the Computer Science Department at Kurdistan Technical Institute (KTI) for three years.

I obtained my Ph.D. in Computer Science (machine learning) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2015. In addition, I earned an M.Sc. in Information Technology-Management from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in Malaysia (2010). B.Sc. in Software Engineering from the University of Mosul, Iraq.
