SNP2022 - Mechanics and Analysis

56th Meeting of the Society for Natural Philosophy

Pisa, Italy, 21-23 September 2022

About the Meeting

The 56th Meeting of the Society for Natural Philosophy (SNP 2022) will be held September 21-23, 2022, at the University of Pisa, Italy. The topic of the Meeting is "Mechanics and Analysis".

For information on past meetings go to the SNP website.

Organizers

Local Organizing Committee

The Meeting is dedicated to the memory of Morton Gurtin (1934-2022), who best represented the spirit of the SNP.

Gurtin provided seminal contributions to nonlinear continuum mechanics and thermodynamics, with applications to problems in materials science .

Location

Palazzo della Sapienza, Aula magna storica, Via Curtatone e Montanara, 15, 56126 Pisa.
