Preparing Papers
AIP Conference Proceedings uses author-prepared PDFs for all published content and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. Therefore, it is important to ensure that all manuscripts are submitted in their final form and that all fonts are embedded. AIP author template packages contain comprehensive advice and guidelines for authors—including a Do’s and Don’ts checklist—all papers must be prepared abiding by these guidelines. Well-prepared manuscripts enable rapid publication. When preparing your manuscript for AIP Conference Proceedings, please abide by the following requests:
Download your template package for Word or LaTex.
Do not add page numbers or headers/footers.
Do not alter the margins of our templates.
Paper size is 8.5 x 11.
The paper must include the author name and full affiliation address including country.
Use clear, legible graphics and diagrams contained within the margins.
Do not use copyrighted material without permission and proper crediting.
All pages are to be in portrait.
References are prepared using our sample reference guidelines (available in the template package). References can only be linked if they are complete.

Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original work that has not been published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. The manuscript must be written in good English or Malay and should be no more than 20 pages in length inclusive of tables, figures and illustrations. All submissions will be peer reviewed. Each submission must include a short cover letter that clearly states the significance of the work presented in their manuscript. The abstract and conclusions section must also highlight what is new and/or novel in the paper.
Style
As far as possible, manuscripts should consist of the following sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion. Each section and sub-section should be numbered using the Arabic numerals. Please use S1 Units for all scientific and laboratory data.

The journal is concerned with high-level investigations of modern physical and mechanical problems and reports current progress in this field. The journal also encourages contributions from the newly emerging areas such as biomechanics, electromechanics, the mechanical behavior of advanced materials, nanomechanics, and many other inter-disciplinary research areas in which the concepts of applied mechanics are extensively applied and developed.

Please use your institution's Turnitin account to check your paper's similarity. It should be less than 20% before submission. Authors have a choice either to submit and publish your research either in the AIP conference proceedings or Journal of Advanced Research in Applied Science and Engineering Technology.
Please visit the InCASA 2023 submission page to submit your manuscript. Your submission will be double-blind reviewed by at least three independent reviewers. The length of the paper should be between 8-10 pages.
The decision on your paper will be informed via email by the dates listed in the Important Dates section.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that the conference is canceled by the organizers, participants will be eligible for a refund of their registration fees, subject to the following conditions.
Refunds will only be provided if the cancellation is initiated by the conference organizers. Participants who voluntarily cancel their registration will not be eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, participants must submit a refund request form within a specified period of time, as communicated by the conference organizers. Failure to submit the refund request within the designated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the refund.
Refund requests must be submitted through the official conference website or by contacting the conference organizers directly. Requests made through unofficial channels will not be considered.
The refund amount will be determined based on the registration fee paid by the participant, minus any applicable processing fees or non-refundable expenses already incurred by the conference organizers.
The conference organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other situations beyond their control. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and the cancellation policy will apply as outlined in this website.
It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure that they have appropriate travel insurance or other necessary coverage to protect against any losses incurred due to the cancellation of the conference.
The conference organizers will make reasonable efforts to process refund requests in a timely manner. However, depending on the volume of refund requests received, the process may take several weeks to complete.
Participants are advised to regularly check the conference website and official communication channels for any updates regarding the cancellation policy and refund process.
By completing the registration for the conference, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the cancellation policy stated above.
Cancellation by author/co-author after the conference is not allowed. If author insisted to withdraw the paper after the conference's event, there will be no refund been given back to the author.
