Swedish massage uses light and firm touch, kneading, tapping, and friction to relax muscles and increase blood flow to the body’s tissues. Long strokes and a soothing experience is the goal. Choose between unscented oil, lavender, vanilla, or frankincense. Price includes hot stones if desired.

Therapeutic Massage

A goal-oriented massage (often including deep tissue work) is perfect for targeting specific muscle pain, injury, and stiffness that you may have. Therapeutic massage may involve medium to firm pressure when accessing deeper muscles, soft tissue and ligaments. Price includes use of cupping, Theragun PRO, and any other tools we may use.

Theragun PRO Plus combines LED, vibration, heat and percussive therapies for a sixty percent deeper massage. Perfect for targeting and warming tissues that need extra work.

Cupping is an ancient practice going back as early as 1550 B.C that involves suctioning the skin with glass, plastic, or silicone cups. It helps improve blood flow, boost immune function, remove toxins, and reduce pain.
