PERFORMER BIOS

Kimberly Boles

Kimberly Boles (Loretta) Is a Senior BA with minors in Dance and Technical Theatre. She enjoys acting, dancing, directing, playwriting, puppetry, and costuming. Outside of UNCG, she can be seen performing with The Stokes County Arts Council (SCAC), Once Upon a Blue Ridge, and W-S Theatre Alliance. Most recently she was a customer and “Grace” in Bloody Blackbeard, a collaboration between SCAC and Lauralynn Dossett this past summer. Outside of the theatre world, she enjoys hiking, traveling, cosplaying, and paranormal investigating. She wants to thank her family and friends for always supporting her. She lives by the quote “You can be whatever you want to be… In real life and in make-believe!” - Peter holland (Founder of Once Upon a Blue Ridge)

 


Willa Bost

Willa Bost (Saint Monica) is an actor/singer/educator and second-year MFA acting candidate at UNCG. A proud member of the Actor’s Equity Association, she was last seen as Faye in UNCG’s Skeleton Crew and portrays Fannie Lou Hamer with Touring Theatre of North Carolina. Willa has graced the stages of regional theaters across the country and also owns www.innerartsproductions.com and www.babyzcakes.com


Katherine Gerondelis

Katherine Gerondelis (Mother Teresa)  is a sophomore BFA acting major with a minor in musical theatre. Katherine is playing the role of Mother Teresa. She is so excited for everyone to see this dark comedy that is a unique story to tell to an audience. Other UNCG credits include Big Round- MFA TYA show Round Pegs Square Pegs. Other credits include Grace Farrell from Annie, Colleen from Catholic School Girls, and Anna Maria from Godspell. She hopes everyone enjoys the show


Jessica Hirsh

Jessica Hirsh (Fabiana Aziza Cunningham) is a second-year MFA Acting candidate here at UNCG, where she previously played Woman With Furs (Marisol) and Norma (The World on A Hill). She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Youngstown State University, a Musical Theatre Certificate from the Open Jar Institute, and a Shakespeare Certificate from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA). Favorite past roles include The Witch (Into The Woods), Morticia Addams (The Addams Family), Ilse (Spring Awakening), Fastrada (Pippin), Rose Stopnick Gellman (Caroline, or Change), Sheila Bryant (A Chorus Line), and Velma Von Tussle (Hairspray). Jessica loves cooking squash, avoiding mosquitos, watching Survivor, and eating cheese.


Russell C. Holt

Russell C. Holt (Judas) is a second-year MFA acting student. He is from Lackawanna,NY. He

graduated from the University at Buffalo(2014). He has been acting since 2016. This is Russell’s master thesis role production and has been grateful for this opportunity to play such an interesting and dynamic character with a great cast. Russell is looking forward to the next chapter of his life and career upon graduating in May 2022. India C. Jones

India C. Jones (Henrietta Iscariot) is a junior BFA Acting major here at UNCG. India recently

starred as Joan of Arc, in UNCG’s spring 2021 production of Saint Joan directed by John Gully.

Freshman year India portrayed Fannie in Flyin West, directed by Calandra Hackney. She also

recently participated in a West Virginia Public Theatre production of Radio Theatre for Our

Time: Letter From A Birmingham Jail, directed by Mya Brown. She is currently a dancer in the

upcoming UNCG SOCA 2021 Carnival Dance for Africa Night. India has enjoyed the creative

journey of The Last Days of Judas Iscariot and hopes the audience will enjoy the ride.


Haley McLaurin

Haley McLaurin (Mary Magdalene) is a sophomore BA Drama student with minors in Spanish and Musical Theatre. This is her second UNCG production, previously appearing in Incognito in fall 2020. Other roles include Bruce Bogtrotter (Matilda: The Musical) and Anke (The Legend of Sleepy Hollow). Outside of acting, she enjoys painting, drawing, playing the violin, and spending time with friends and family. She has enjoyed working with the cast and crew and is excited for everyone to see The Last Days of Judas Iscariot.


Jeffrey Payton

Jeffrey Payton (Caiaphas) is a BFA sophomore. He is very glad to be back on an actual stage in front of a real live audience! Some recent roles include Melchior in Spring Awakening, Kieran in Where Words Once Were, Old Man Strong/Hot Blades Harry in Urinetown, and Musidorus in Head Over Heels. He is excited to make his Sprinkle Theatre debut!
