Chris Gilly-Forrer

Chris Gilly-Forrer is a first-year MFA Directing candidate from Portland, Oregon. An alumnus of Linfield College and the PCPA--Pacific Conservatory Theatre directing internship, Chris strives to create art that speaks to the current social, political, and economic realities that surround us. He also firmly believes that theatre belongs to the people and should never be inaccessible. Chris and his spouse Tiffany hope to start a theatre company in Chicago focused on serving foster youth by telling their stories theatrically.

Anna Colvin

Anna Colvin is a first-year student pursuing a B.F.A. in acting and a minor in musical theatre. She is also a double major studying for a B.A. in History and is a member of the Lloyd International Honors College. She has been a dancer for the past 16 years and has been classically trained in ballet at an advanced level since age nine. Some of her favorite roles and performance opportunities include “Princess Anna” in Frozen Jr., with the Little Theater of Winston Salem, “Margot” in Legally Blonde the Musical, with UNCSA’s Acting Out, and a “Party Child” in UNCSA’s The Nutcracker. She is very excited to be performing in her first production with UNCG and is very thankful for the opportunity to be creating art with faculty and peers during such unusual and uncertain times. She will be playing the role of “Page to Dunois” in the school of theater’s production of, Saint Joan.



Emily Ann

Emily Ann is so excited to be in her first show with UNCG. She is a freshman BFA acting major and plays the role of Steward to de Baudricourt. Outside of her involvement with the School of Theatre, she is also a member of the UNCG Equestrian Team and participates in the Ukirk Greensboro campus ministry group. She would like to thank everyone involved with making it possible to safely get back to making art during this time. She would also like to thank her parents for supporting her in pursuit of her dreams. Enjoy the show!

Janice Picconi

Janice Picconi is happy to be back on the UNCG Theatre stage. Throughout her time in NY, she has performed in six productions of Broadway Bares with TONY Award-winning director Jerry Mitchell. Some Off-Broadway credits include Let the Phoenix Rise, Dante’s Hope, Imperia Save the World, and The Bird Machine. Regional credit highlights include A Las Vegas Rock Opera, Beauty and the Beast (Belle), and The Little Mermaid (Ariel). She has danced with The national touring comedy show Nice Jewish Girls Gone Bad, which was featured on The Late Show with David Letterman and with the Buglisi Dance Company at Lincoln Center. Some TV credits include Excused (CBS), Forever (ABC), and Royal Pains (USA). Janice has been featured in several national commercials and is a proud member of AEA and SAG-AFTRA. She is attending The University of North Carolina at Greensboro for a BFA in Acting.
