Dani Vanasse

Dani Vanasse (Scenic Designer) is a current senior at UNCG. Her previous designs here at UNCG include: The Last Days of Judas Iscariot and Sweat. She has loved working with the creative team on this production and is proud to be completing A Midsummer Night's Dream as her Senior Capstone. You can see more of Dani's work in the spring where she is also scenic designing, The Passion of Antigona Perez. Dani would like to send a huge shout out to her friends, family and advisors for their endless support.

Ketti McRae

Kahei Shum McRae (Costume Designer) is delighted to join this UNCG production! She holds a MFA in Costume Design and BFA in Production Design in Filmmaking from UNCSA. Her recent designs include City of Angels at Theatre Raleigh, Pete the Cat, The Most Wonderful Birthday Suit and Grace for President at Children's Theatre of Charlotte; Addams Family and Cabaret at Davidson College; The Refugees at Adjusted Realists; Godspell at Theatre in the Park and It's a Wonderful Life at Triad Stage. Her work has also been seen at the Barter Theatre, Burning Coal Theatre, Raleigh Little Theatre, Theatre Charlotte and many more.


Charli den Hartog

Charli den Hartog (Assistant Costume Designer). Charli is a third year BFA Drama major with a concentration in design and technical production and a minor in philosophy. She is originally from the Netherlands, and now residing in NC for over 9 years. She would like to thank her friends, family, faculty, and staff in supporting her with her endeavors.

Rachel Lake

Rachel Lake (Lighting Designer) is an MFA Design Candidate at UNCG School of Theatre. Previous Lighting Design credits at UNCG include Peter and the Starcatcher, As You Like it by Shaina Taub, Roman Fever, MFA Blue (Incognito and Here We Go) and MFA Gold (Feeding the Moonfish and Arkansaw Bear). She was also the Projections Designer for Flora & Ulysses. Her regional work includes Lighting Design for Lookingglass SummerGlass, Eclectic Full Contact Theatre, Hell in a Handbag Productions, and Three Crows Theater. She also worked as an Assistant Lighting Designer at Goodman Theatre, American Blues Theatre, and Actor’s Express.

Helen Erikson

Helen Erikson (Projections Designer) is a junior double majoring in Theater Design and Psychology. This is her second expedition into projections design and she has enjoyed helping bring the magic from the page to the stage.


Natalie Blackman

Natalie Blackman (Voice & Text Coach) is an actor, singer, educator, and voice and dialect coach. New York credits include appearances at The Duke on 42nd Street, Circle in the Square, Theatre Row, the New Ohio Theatre, and The Tank. Regional credits include the Illinois Shakespeare Festival, the Utah Shakespeare Festival, Pioneer Theatre Company, Penfold Theatre Company, and the Classic Theatre of San Antonio. Her solo show, Disorder, was a bestseller and award winner at the United Solo Festival in New York City, the world’s largest solo theatre festival. Blackman currently serves as Assistant Professor of Voice and Acting at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Blackman has also taught at Texas State University, the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City, and at Illinois State University. Blackman holds an MFA in Classical Acting and Civic Engagement from Illinois State University and a BFA from the University of Utah's Actor Training Program. Blackman is a certified Assistant Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework® .

Natasha Dell

Natasha Dell (Stage Manager) is a Senior Stage Manager in the BFA Design & Technical Production. They are so excited for you to watch this wonderful performance! She had a part on the stage management team for The Spongebob Musical (2022), The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (2021), The Mini Musical Film Projects (2021), Saint Joan (2021), Marisol (2020), The Tempest (2020), and Newsies (2019). A huge thank you to anyone who put in a touch of effort to contribute to helping this show move and run beautifully!

AJ Clarke

A.J Clarke (Assistant Stage Manager): He/They A.J is excited to be working on Midsummer this semester. A.J has previously worked on Flora & Ulysses and Sponge Bob the Musical. A.J will be graduating with a Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a Minor in Drama and hopes to continue theatre on the side in the future! A.J would like thank his friends and family for fueling his love of theatre. He would also like to thank the Stage Management team Alex Oaks & Nastha Dell for helping through the show!


Bizzell

Bizzell (Production Assistant) is a sophomore BA Drama student with a minor in Dance and Theatre Management at UNCG. Bizzell joined her position as a production assistant because she is a Playwright and would like to learn more about what goes on behind the scenes of a play. With this, experience, she is preparing for when it's time for her plays to be put into production. "It's so nice watching the actors grow into their characters and how much hard work they put in. It was fun watching Mya encourage actors to get out their shells and push them to being free".

Allison Ringelberg

Allison Ringelberg (Helena) is a senior in the BFA Acting program and is elated to be sharing the stage with friends who have been by her side for the past four years. Allison would like to thank her friends and family for supporting her, especially her Mom who never wavered in encouraging her to do her best and chase her goals. She hopes you enjoy this crazy show that we all love so much.


Xavier Henry

Xavier Henry (Lysander) is a BFA Acting senior. This production is a very recent dream for him. He states: "I actually loathed Shakespeare not too long ago, I felt like he wasn't writing for my voice, or for my people". Mya Brown, director of the show did an amazing job opening his eyes and showing him there is a place for everyone in Shakespeare. The opportunity to perform and be directed by the very person who showed him how to appreciate Shakespeare is awesome he says. He adds: "I know everyone will enjoy the show"!

Grace Howell

Grace Howell (Hermia) is so excited to be a part of her sixth production here at UNCG! Previous credits here include Peter and the Starcatcher, As You Like It (Taub), Radio (A Musical Ghost Story), Hear Our Voices, and Urinetown. She would like to thank the cast, crew, creative team, and Mya for all of the hard work and love they have put into this production. She would also like to thank all of her family and friends for their unyielding love, support, and encouragement. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Jack Muzyczka

Jack Muzyczka (Demetrius) is elated to have had the opportunity to work with this amazing cast and creative team over the past weeks on William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream as Demetrius. He couldn’t have asked for a better way to start off his senior year at UNCG, and he hopes you all enjoy the show as much as he has. Russell would like to dedicate his performance to his little brother Max.

Mallory Freeze

Mallory Freeze (Hippolyta) is a senior BFA Acting major with a minor in Musical Theatre at UNCG. Most recently, she made her professional debut as Erika in Dontrell, Who Kissed the Sea with Rhinoleap Productions. She has previously played Louisa from The Boot short-film and Saint Thomas in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot. She is currently a student in-STUDIO as well. Mallory is thrilled to be a part of this production and to work with this brilliantly talented cast and crew.

Matthew Griffin

Matthew Griffin (Egeus) is a senior BA Drama student with a minor in Media Studies. He was recently seen as Summer Sprite in UNCG’s Wake Up, Brother Bear! and as Pontius Pilate in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot. He is also Vice President of UNCG’s 'Spartaneous Improv Troupe. He is thrilled to have this opportunity to bring this classic story to life and would like to thank his wonderful parents and grandparents for supporting him in following his dreams. Enjoy the show!

Ian Davidson

Ian Davidson (Philostrate) is a junior BFA Acting major with a double minor in Musical Theatre and Media Studies. Ian is also a proud brother of Lambda Chi Alpha, an international social fraternity. Previous credits include his role of George in Our Town, Rapunzel’s Prince in Into the Woods, and Ensemble/Perch Perkins US in Spongebob Squarepants: The Broadway Musical. He wants to thank Mya and the Stage Management team for allowing him the space to grow/learn. He also wants to thank his parents and supportive friends. Ian would like to remind everyone that today does not define who you are, but what you do with today does.

Claire Sarman

Claire Sarman (Peter Quince) is a junior BFA Musical Theatre major. Recent credits at UNCG include: Squidward in Spongebob Squarepants: The Musical, Ensemble in As You Like It and Ruth in Flatbush Avenue. Some favorite past roles include: Maria in The Sound of Music and Pinocchio in Shrek The Musical.

Henry Helms

Henry Helms (Francis Flute) is a senior BFA Acting Major at UNCG. A Midsummer's Night Dream in his sixth show with the UNCG School of Theatre. He's very excited to play a super fun role in his first Shakespeare play. He thanks his family, girlfriend, and friends who have supported him over the years.

Calvin Rubes

Calvin Rubes (Nick Bottom) is a senior BFA Acting Major. This is his sixth show at UNCG and he is so excited to be able to help bring such a fun piece of work to life. Calvin would like to extend thanks to his fellow actors and the entire production team for making this all possible.

Miller Morrison

Miller Morrison (Snug) is a sophomore BFA acting major. He has been in a number of plays and projects in and out of school including: Wake up Brother Bear and Swing of the Sea at UNCG. Outside of school he played Measure for Measure and She Kills. He is extremely excited for the opportunity to work on this show and is thankful to the cast and crew for the experience!

Parker Wingate

Parker Wingate (Robin Starveling) is a BFA Acting major at UNCG. His previous roles include Tommy in UNCG's Okay by Taylor Mac, as well as Demarco Patterson in Triad Stage’s world premiere of 2 Wolves and a Lamb. He is extremely excited to be part of this show and be making his Taylor Stage debut. He’d like to thank his parents overseas, his supportive group of UNCG friends, and God for this opportunity.

Jeffrey Payton

Jeffrey Payton (Tom Snout) is a junior BFA Actor in The School of Theatre and is extremely excited to be in his first Shakespeare show! His UNCG credits have been Caiaphas in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot, Kieran in Where Words Once Were, and Ray in The Rules. You may recognize him from community theatre in the Winston-Salem area and possibly in-Studio. He is super stoked to have a fun time on stage with this cast.

India Jones

India C. Jones (Titania), is a senior BFA Acting Major. India has enjoyed every experience of theatre from the classroom, to management duties in the UNCG Theatre box office, and of course performing on stage as Fannie in Flyin’ West, Joan of Arc in Saint Joan and Henrietta Iscariot in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot. India recently emceed the University Concert & Lecture Series as part of the Centennial Celebration. She is currently enjoying Jazz Dance and Acting For The Camera. India is excited to step into “Queen of the Fairies” and make magic with this awesome ensemble!

Ethan Guillaume

Ethan Guillaume (Oberon) is a junior BFA Acting major at UNCG. Alongside Midsummer Night's Dream, Ethan has been in three other shows at UNCG. He was Canon de Courcelles in Saint Joan, Jesus of Nazareth in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot and Bill Slank in Peter and the Starcatcher. Ethan is very excited to perform, continue to learn and become a better actor with his role as Oberon!

Emily Ann Wright

Emily Ann Wright (Robin Goodfellow/"Puck") is a junior BFA Acting major. Previous UNCG credits include IcarusxApollo (Chorus #3), The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (Saint Peter), and Saint Joan (Steward to De Baudricourt). Outside of the school of theatre she serves as PR chair and competes for the UNCG club equestrian team, is a member of Ukirk GSO Presbyterian campus ministry, and attempts to learn how to cook! She would like to thank Mya Brown for the opportunity to emody this mischievous fairy. This process has been an absolute dream!

Lily "Maggie" McQuillen

Maggie McQuillen (Peaseblossom) is a sophomore BFA Acting major and Musical Theatre minor, as well as a member of the Lloyd International Honors College. Most recently, Maggie has played Rosalind in As You Like It (Cadence Theatre), and Grempkin in Peter and the Starcatcher (UNCG). She is honored to be working with this amazing team, and thanks everyone involved for such a joyous experience; it’s been a dream! Lots of love to family and friends for their support.

Zoe Rossouw

Zoe Rossouw (Cobweb) is so excited to be a part of A Midsummer Night’s Dream as her second production on the UNCG stage! Zoe is a BFA Acting major with a minor in History, and is involved with the Lloyd Disciplinary Honors College. She is so thrilled to be a part of such a talented ensemble to create such a beautiful show! Zoe would like to thank the cast and crew for being so wonderful on this journey, and she would like to thank her friends and family for their endless love and support. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Aiyanna Radcliff

Aiyana Radcliff (Mustardseed) is incredibly excited to be gracing the UNCG stage in A Midsummer Night's Dream! Aiyana is a current BFA Acting Sophomore and is incredibly honored to be a part of such a wonderful cast. Aiyana was recently seen as Ted in Peter and the Starcatcher here at UNCG and is eager to see how her career here evolves. She would like to thank not only the cast and team for a safe and supportive process but also her friends and family for their love and support.


McKenna Dvorak

McKenna Dvorak (Oberon's Fairy) is a BFA acting sophomore. This is her second production at UNCG and she is extremely grateful and excited. She has played previous roles as Kristine Urich in A Chorus Line, Old Man Jenkins in Spongebob Squarepants: The Musical, and has directed and produced Working: The Musical. She would like to thank everyone who has worked on this production for making it the beautiful show it is. She is ecstatic for everyone to experience the fantastical world of A Midsummer Night’s Dream!

Lissa Pope

Lissa Pope (Oberon's Fairy). Lissa is a junior BFA acting major, with minors in musical theatre and ASL. Some of her most recent roles at UNCG include The Mayor in Spongebob Squarepants: The Musical and Phyllis Buckman in Flora & Ulysses. Lissa would like to thank her parents, family, friends, and the UNCG staff for all they have done to support her.

Melissa Lozada

Oberon's Melissa Lozada (Oberon's Fairy) is a junior BA Psychology student with a minor in Musical Theatre, and this is her first full-length production here at UNCG. Other productions Melissa has been in at UNCG include Directing I scenes: Reasons to be Pretty and Boiling People in My Coffee. Originally from Charlotte, NC, she plans to keep auditioning on and around campus and branch out to new theatre opportunities whenever possible. She would like to thank the director, cast and crew for encouraging her to reach for new horizons, as well as her friends and family for always believing in her. have a fun time on stage with this cast.

Rose O'Malley

Rose O’Malley (Oberon Fairy) is a sophomore in the BFA for acting program here at the University of North Carolina Greensboro and is very excited to be in UNCG’s production of Midsummer this fall! She spent this past summer working with the Commonwealth Shakespeare Company in Boston and was in the production, Pericles. This was her second summer working with this company on learning about the beauty that Shakespeare has to offer. Rose is very passionate about Shakespeare and can’t wait for you to see our exciting, crazy, and fun story come to life on stage! I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support from my family, friends, and most importantly God. Thank you everyone, I love you all!
