Olivia Dobbs is an undergraduate history and Japanese major at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. By participating in the Office of Undergraduate Research's Scholar Program in the summer of 2021 and the spring of 2022, she worked with Dr. Heather Perry of the history department and focused her research on two main projects: Camp Greene and the WWI internment camp in Hot Springs, NC. She hopes that by creating the Timelines, a StoryMap, and presentations on these subjects, the histories of these two relatively unknown camps will be better known to the public. She can be contacted at odobbs504@gmail.com if you have any questions or inquiries.
