6.b FINANCIAL SUPPORT

B.1. The graduate library is allocated an adequate budget for its operations and development, resources and services. 

B.2. The accounting system for library funds conforms to standardized procedures and operations of the institution. 

B.3. Where institutional funds are insufficient for the development of the library, other sources of financial assistance are sought, over and above the annual library budget, such as endowment, donations, exchanges, gifts and cooperative reciprocal arrangements.
