     B.1. The retention policies and criteria are clearly stated and made known to students.

B.2. The retention criteria are effective in identifying and motivating qualified students to complete their degree requirements.              

     B.3. The minimum performance requirements are properly disseminated, to enable graduate students to meet their  degree requirements within acceptable time limits.

B.4. The retention criteria are applied fairly and consistently.
