5.A Admission

A.1 The policies and practices of the gradute program in the selection and admission of prospective students (beginning/transfer students) are consistent  with government regulations.

A.2. The policies and practices of the selection and admission of graduate students are supportive of and conform to the goals and objectives of the institution and of the graduate school.

A.3. The admission criteria for the selection and admission of graduate students are effective in identifying students who are capable of doing graduate work. 

   A.4. The admission criteria provide for flexibility pending fulfillment of requirements in:

A.4.1. entrance to either degree or non-degree/probationary status

A.4.2. changing from non-degree/probationary to degree status.
