STUDENT SERVICES

A.1. The various student programs and services listed below, is managed by a qualified head (or its equivalent).

A.2. The various offices handling student programs/services are adequately staffed, with qualified personnel.

A.3. The offices of the various student services are provided with adequate physical facilities, equipment, and materials.

B.1. The objectives of the following programs/services are clearly expressed and translated into measurable/achievable targets.

B.2. Policies and procedures of the various programs/services reflect the institutional philosophy and program objectives.

B.3. Policies and procedures of the various programs and services are contained in the bulletin of information, student handbook, and/or other school publications.

B.4. The head of the various student programs/services participate in the formulation and revision of policies and guidelines that affect their program/services.

C.1. Programs and activities are planned, in response to the objectives of the various programs/services.

C.2. The various programs and activities are recognized, supported, and given time for implementation by the administration.

C.3. There is adequate funding for the implementation of the various programs/services in the budget of the institution.

D.1. The office provides a comprehensive set of criteria for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the various student programs/services.

D.2. There are sources of information, for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the various programs/services, such as: (please enumerate)
