How To Apply:
If you are a Boone County resident, bring your digital vouchers to the Oasis Booth at Columbia Farmers Market, located just inside the south entrance to the market. If you are receiving SNAP benefits, bring your EBT card with you as well.
Fill out a brief enrollment form for the ACCESS TO HEALTHY FOOD (AHF) Program to receive a one-time match for your vouchers (i.e., you will receive $50 in tokens to match your $50 of digital vouchers).
Speed up the registration process by completing this REGISTRATION FORM in advance. Bring the completed form to the market staff at the Oasis booth and they'll finalize the enrollment.
4. You will receive an AHF Program card. If you receive SNAP benefits, you can come back and utilize the matching benefits provided through the AHF program at every market. If not, simply enjoy your one-time, $50 match! Find out more about how the AHF Program works HERE
5. You may use your vouchers with authorized farmers. All CFM vendors accept our tokens, though some items may not be eligible. The matching tokens can be spent on any SNAP-eligible food item.
6. Non-Boone County residents may still spend their vouchers with CFM vendors but cannot receive the one-time match through the AHF program.
7. Vendors who accept the vouchers will have a sign displayed, which contains the "Missouri Grown" logo. A sample of the sign can be found HERE.
