If you mail your order to Josten's or place your order in-person at Josten's (356 Dauphin St) the service fee will not be assessed; it is for online orders only. The Shipping & Handling on the manual order forms is $16.50 no matter how much is ordered. If you only order a cap and gown on the manual order form it’s $7.95. For online orders, the online service fee is up to $4.99, and shipping varies depending on what is ordered, as it may come from multiple sources.
Boys: Your cap & gown is sent to the school, and Dr. Odom will message parents in the spring when they arrive if you want to pick yours up early for pictures, etc. If not, they will be distributed at graduation rehearsal.
Everyone: If you order any apparel items, these will ship to your home. Announcements will be distributed by our Josten's rep, John Wiggins, at the school in the spring. We will message everyone when the distribution date has been scheduled.
You are able to order announcements and other apparel or memorabilia through the Josten's website or with the print order form, whether or not you pair it with you cap and gown order (boys). If you have any specific questions, please reach out to our Josten's rep:

Mrs. Jones and Dr. Odom will call all Senior girls to meet in the fall once the dress options have been determined. After all Senior girls are able to look at the options, the Senior girls will vote on their preferred dress style. Majority vote will decide which dress the girls wear. We will have a representative come to the school to measure for dress sizes, but please note you may need to plan for alterations. We will send out information about pricing and how to order once the style has been determined.
Dr. Odom will order the bouquets and have them available for the Senior girls to pick up on graduation day when arriving for check-in. We will collect money for the bouquets approx. two weeks before graduation.
