About Us
The 10,000 Families Study (10KFS) is a research initiative aimed at exploring various aspects of family health. Specifically, it looks into chemicals commonly encountered by residents of Minnesota, like radon (gas), glyphosate (a pesticide), and PFAS (Forever chemicals), and their possible links to blood cancers. These chemicals are widespread across Minnesota, affecting both rural and urban areas, as well as different racial and ethnic groups.
