Hi, I'm Mira! 

Mira grew up in Connecticut and earned a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Siena University in Loudonville, New York. She conducted undergraduate research with Dr. Thomas S. Hughes, investigating the mechanism of enediyne cyclization. Later, she also joined research projects in Dr. Lucas Tucker's lab and Dr. Jesse W. Karr's lab, expanding her background in different areas of chemical research. She joined the Ramirez Lab in the fall of 2025 and looks forward to advancing her studies in organic synthesis and computational chemistry. In her spare time, Mira enjoys taking walks, listening to music, and reading.
