Biography
July Pham, a native of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Drury University (2019). With research experience under Professors Madhuri Manpadi and Carina Collins, she now contributes to the Lamb group's NHC subgroup, focusing on thermally labile NHC-CDI for organocatalysis. Committed to fostering inclusivity, July serves on the departmental DEI committee. Outside academia, she enjoys music, anime, and spending time with friends.
