I am an Assistant Professor of Economics (tenure track) at the United States Naval Academy.  This academic year, I will teach macroeconomics and labor economics.

My research interests are in labor and public economics.  My current projects focus on the causes of deunionization, the labor market impacts of employment protection laws, and the decline of labor force participation.
