The U of M is large with lots of resources - if you need further help, please ask in the ECE Advising Office in Keller Hall 3-166





  • Center for Writing - Provides writing resources and support for students, possibly helpful for your studies.
  • U of M Libraries - The U of M libraries offer many study related and research related resources for students (and staff!).


  • CSE Petitioning for Exemptions Advice - Information to help students create suitable petitions to CSE for degree situations such as retroactive withdrawal of classes, taking more than 20 credits a semester or repeating a class for a third time.


  • Disability Resource Center (DRC) - Helpful to access for both permanent or temporary disability accommodations among other things. Registering with the DRC is required if you would like to use in class accommodations for EE classes.
  • Student Mental Health - Useful resources and help if you are concerned about your own or a friends well-being.
  • Student Counseling Services (SCS) - A useful resource for academic and personal counseling as well as skills development.






  • UNITE - Explore long distance learning options for some CSE classes through the UNITE team. NB. Undergraduate students can only take one class by UNITE a semester since our undergraduate degrees are classed as in-person degrees.


  • Learning Abroad in CSE - CSE has a range of ways that you can experience studying abroad including semester abroad or global seminars. Find out more about study abroad here and how to meet with a CSE Learn Abroad Advisor for help.

  • CSE Careers Team - A very useful resource for supporting an internship or graduate job search - make appointments, find out about events, explore graduation statistics or get resume and interview preparation help.
