2019, B.S. Agriculrual and Food Business Management - Entrepreneurship 

Zophia graduated from CFANS APEC spring 2019 after pursuing an AFBM degree with an entrepreneurship emphasis. While at college, she interned for Evolve Systems as a project manager, Financial Sync as an analyst, with APEC as a student ambassador, and she worked for the Carlson School of Management as a TA. Upon graduation, Zophia started work at Cargill full-time as a Transportation and Logistics Business Analyst dedicated to Cargill Salt North America where she has excelled, going on to win the Diamond Crystal Achievement Award during her first year. While working, she is also pursuing her Masters of Science in Business Analytics from the University of St. Thomas -Opus College of Business with an expected graduation date of May 2023. 

Outside of work and school, Zophia volunteers in the community as the 2020-2021 Miss Shamrock of the Saint Patrick’s Association where she helps raise money for the Saint Paul Saint Patrick’s Day parade and other charities in the local community. Zophia also plays camogie and hurling with the Twin Cities Robert Emmett’s Hurling club as a senior defender.
