2015 B.S. Animal Science Production Track with Minor in Biology 2017  M.S. in Animal Science (Ruminant/Dairy Nutrition)

Olivia grew up on a small hobby farm with dogs, horses, and goats in southeastern (Goodhue) Minnesota. She pursued a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science at the University of Minnesota. During that time, she learned that she was fascinated with ruminants and their digestive tract. So upon graduation from the U of M, she pursued a Master's degree in Ruminant Nutrition at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. There she found my passion for dairy cattle nutrition. Since 2019, she has been working for Milk Specialties Global in the Animal Nutrition Research and Development Department. Today, her role is a Research and Development Manager in charge of managing on-farm research and in-house lab analysis.
