The goal of the C2DREAM annual conference is to bring further awareness and education of CVD inequities across Minnesota. Attendees will learn about strategies and approaches for moving research to action and consider community and stakeholder roles in shaping research. Together, we will create a vision for action and establish our accountability to communities and stakeholders.

- Bring together community and academic audiences to learn more about CVD inequities in Minnesota and C2DREAM projects and activities.
- Learn about capacity building strategies for community-based participatory research partnerships.
- Facilitate collaboration, bi-directional knowledge sharing, and capacity building for CV health equity research in Minnesota.
