We answered what Ramadan means to us. Having read a bit of the content on the website, what does Ramadan mean to you?
Am I living the life I want to live? What goal(s) would I like to focus on for the coming month?
How can I maintain connections with my family, friends, and community during this pandemic and beyond?
What am I taking for granted, and how can I build grace and thankfulness into my daily repertoire?
Am I using my time wisely? What are ways to get more personal fulfillment out of my day?
What am I doing about the things that matter most in my life?
How will I live, knowing I will die?
What’s one topic I need to learn more about to help me live a more fulfilling life? (Then, follow through and learn more about that topic.)

In the abstention of physical needs and desires, those observing Ramadan focus on personal growth through goal setting. After all, making and breaking habits are linked, and it's all about being sufficiently motivated. Ramadan offers a prime opportunity, especially because you're training with over 1 billion other people, and there's a *global* feeling of festivity - think of it as a gigantic Boston Marathon.
What are your goals? What are habits that you want to build or break? What are steps you can take to actualize those goals?
If using some existing tools is helpful, consider the Mindfulness Challenge, Action for Happiness, or Passion Planner. For a Ramadan specific tool, consider the Ramadan Legacy Planner.
