Founded in 2019, Theta Capital is a highly selective public markets investing and trading organization at the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

• Theta Capital models itself after a hedge fund allowing new analysts to learn from experienced portfolio managers, who actively invest. Analysts are given the opportunity to take ownership of their ideas through investment recommendations and trade execution.

• Theta capital is unique in that we focus on a mix of long/short equity, derivatives, and other assets. We are the most true experience to what it is like working at a hedge fund, investment fund, or pod shop.

• There are also resources provided for members to go directly into buy-side investment positions.
