The STEM Equity Learning Community (SELC) Project explores how to foster impactful approaches for engaging instructors, department leaders, and undergraduate students in equity-minded discussions of their STEM courses. The original pilot of The SELC Project took place April 2023 - April 2024, and participants from nine institutions formed local SELCs on their own campuses.
