Software Engineer @ Google
E-mail: taeju at umich dot edu
I am a software engineer at Google. Before joining Google, I pursued PhD degree under the supervision of Professor Kang G. Shin at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. And, I received M.S and B.S in Computer Science at the KAIST in 2009 and 2011 respectively. In the meantime, I worked for LG Electronics from 2011 to 2014 as a software engineer.
My research interest lies on cyber-physical & embedded system. Especially, I am focusing on the optimized resource usage for robust and cost-efficient vehicular networking.
[November 2020] I successfully defended my PhD dissertation!!!
[September 2020] A paper, entitled "Optimal Priority Assignment for Multiple CAN/CAN-FD Buses with a Central Gateway", has been accepted in RTSS 2020
[August 2020] I will be joining Google in Dec. 2020 as a software engineer. (Pixel Performance Team)
[May 2020] A paper, entitled "SnB: Reduction of Consecutive Message Reception Failures in C-V2X Communications", has been accepted in VTC 2020 - Fall.
[August 2019] Done summer internship at Qualcomm
[December 2018] A paper, entitled "Optimal Priority Assignment for Scheduling Mixed CAN and CAN-FD Frames", has been accepted in RTAS 2019
[December 2018] A paper, entitled "EACAN: Reliable and Resource-Efficient CAN Communication", has been accepted for publication in the TECS
