How to Use this Site:

We have reimagined our Summer Research Open House into a fully virtual and interactive experience, and this site is meant to guide you through each stage of the event . The full agenda can be found below.

The Open House will kick off at 11:00 a.m. with a series of presentations from the PIBS, MSTP, and PREP program directors. This portion can be accessed by clicking the Program Overviews link in the first line of the agenda.

The next portion of the event begins at 12:20 p.m. and consists of three Breakout Sessions. Each of the 13 PIBS programs, as well as PREP and MSTP will have separate rooms for you to visit. Choose one program to visit during Breakout Session 1, another program to visit during Breakout Session 2, and finally a third program to visit during Breakout Session 3. You may have indicated preferred programs when you registered for the Open House, but you are welcome to choose any program. You can access these sessions by navigating to the PIBS Program Rooms and/or PREP & MSTP Rooms tabs found at the top of this home page.

If you experience technical difficulties or have questions about navigating the different rooms, a member of our team will remain in the Program Overviews room to assist you. We recommend keeping this webpage open throughout the event for quick reference. For your convenience, additional information on student groups and general information on UM & Ann Arbor can be found in the last two pages of this site.

Each breakout session will begin with a short presentation followed by an opportunity for Q&A. You can turn on your microphone/camera if you wish, or you can enter questions in the chat feature of each room.
