I am a postdoctoral assistant professor at the University of Michigan, currently mentored by Prof. Karen Smith. My research focuses on algebraic geometry and commutative algebra, with a particular interest in the singularities of varieties across arbitrary characteristics. In positive characteristic, I investigate invariants to test strong F-regularity and F-purity, while in mixed characteristic, I study "+"-singularities. Here is my CV.

I earned my Ph.D. from the University of Utah under the guidance of Prof. Karl Schwede. At Utah, I studied the F-signature function on the nef cone and singularities of the limits of divisors along finite covers (this is my thesis). Prior to that, I completed my undergraduate degree at Yonsei University.
