We are the graduate student chapter of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers at U-M.
Our mission is to increase the presence, participation, and influence of Hispanics/LatinX with advanced STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) degrees in the STEM workforce (i.e., Academia, Government, Corporations, and Research Institutions, etc.). We work towards this mission through graduate student community building, professional development, and outreach efforts focused on teaching and engaging youth in STEM.
