These SecondLook⢠review resources are best used for the review of already learned material and for detecting gaps in knowledge and recognition skills (Hortsch, Med. Sci Educ., Vol. 26/1, 3-4, 2016). They were developed by University of Michigan students and faculty members, who are content experts. Most SecondLook⢠topics are available in three different formats, as 1) free iOS mobile apps for iPhones and iPads, 2) a free online website version for all laptops, and 3) free downloadable Anki files. Not all series are available in all three versions. Sorry, but Android mobile app versions are no longer available.
All SecondLook⢠review applications are available under a CY-NC-SA 4.0 Creative Common license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/deed.en). A lot of effort, work, and time by many people have gone into creating these learning resources. Please note that all the images and the text are copyrighted to the University of Michigan and the creators. Please respect the work of the authors, students and faculty at the University of Michigan, and do not publish them on public websites that require a for-pay subscription as that would violate US copyright laws. Any commercial use without permission is illegal.
Thank you for using our SecondLook⢠resources responsibly and for honoring our request.

Instructions for Using the Three SecondLook⢠Formats:
1) SecondLook⢠iOS Mobile Apps
1. All existing iOS SecondLook⢠mobile applications are available as free downloads from the iTunes Store. Use the links below.
2. When opening the iOS mobile apps, the bottom menu bar may not show up. Rotate your device (iPad or iPhone) slowly 90° and back. The menu bar will appear and be available as long as the app is open.
2) SecondLook⢠Website Apps
Please use the middle buttons below if you want to use this type of SecondLook⢠version with iOS and non-iOS devices such as laptops. This version will work with most internet browsers as a web application. It cannot be downloaded.
If viewed with a computer tablet (iPad) in a horizontal orientation, the bottom part of the slides may be covered up by the bottom menu bar. Just turn your computer tablet vertically.
3) SecondLook⢠Anki Application Installation
Install the Anki application, available for computer (free), Android (free), or iOS ($24.99 at the iTunes Store), on your device.
Download the Anki Decks using the buttons below.
Open the downloaded Anki file using the Anki application. Make sure to check "Import any deck presets" if that option is available on your device.
