[Applications] is a restaurant modeled after college applications. Based on my first origin piece, my common app essay, [Applications] models a startup company awaiting harsh critics. This was done in hopes of paralleling the applying to college experience, which feels like divulging all details of your life to a faceless, nameless committee that controls access to your goals.
