The Summit registration fee includes tuition, instruction materials, and breakfast and lunch at the Summit. The fee is payable in advance in US dollars. Early registration is highly encouraged as space is limited.

Cancellation Policy

An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted from your registration payment. Refund requests must be received in writing no later than March 9, 2026. After March 9, you may find a replacement to attend in your place, but refunds will not be issued.

Media

There will be professional photography and videography at the Summit for marketing of future events. Attendance and/or participation at the Leadership Summit on Women in Academic Medicine and Healthcare constitutes an agreement to the use and distribution of the attendee’s image or voice in the photographs and recordings of the Summit.
