Katie Wallerstein

I am a PhD Student in Economics and Public Policy at the University of Michigan and an IES pre-doctoral fellow in Causal Inference in Education Policy Research. My fields are labor and public finance, and my research interests are primarily in labor economics and the econmics of education.

I worked as a research assistant to Amanda Kowalski at the University of Michigan from 2021-2023. I received my BA in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from UC Davis in 2021.
