About Me

I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan, advised by Prof. Saif Benjaafar. I earned a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from the Chu Kochen Honors College of Zhejiang University in 2019, and a Master of Science degree in Operations Research from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2020. My research interests include probabilistic models, queuing systems and their applications in the service operations of on-demand platforms.
