Allie is a senior from Pittsburgh, PA studying movement science at the School of Kinesiology and minoring in Biology. She hopes to attend Physicians Assistant school, but is currently considering applying to the Peace Corps after graduation. This summer, Allie worked as a personal caregiver for a person with muscular dystrophy, and interned with a family whose child has cerebral palsy. As a result, she finds great joy in working with folks that are differently-abled, and is excited to continue that work in the future. In her free time, Allie enjoys leading a small group at New Life Church, going on runs through the Arb, listening to music or one of her favorite podcasts, watching movies, and drinking coffee.
